Delivery Information & Shipping Rates
Orders that haven’t been customised, for example greetings cards, notebooks and prints will be shipped the same day if the order and payment is received before midday. If we believe there will be a delay in delivery, we will contact you to let you know.
Customised and bespoke orders will take longer, and you will be advised of timescales when the order is placed, or you may contact us to see the timescales prior to ordering.
If you require a different delivery service to those detailed below, please contact us prior to placing your order.
We prefer not to deliver to PO Box addresses and if this is your chosen delivery address/method, please contact us prior to making your order.
We try our very hardest to make sure that we deliver your order within the times stated and what we agree with you but we will not be held liable for any loss or consequential loss due to the late delivery or loss of goods in transit which has been caused as a result of the carrier/courier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us within good time if you believe your delivery is late or lost. If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us immediately as we ensure that all of our orders are checked prior to dispatch to make sure that you receive them in perfect condition.
You may be liable to pay import duty/customs charges if ordering from overseas.
